Watch: How it Works

Movable Systems and Fixed Plants

Greyrock’s Direct Fuel Production™ platform enables the conversion of natural gas or waste resources into clean liquid transportation fuels (diesel and gasoline blends).  Sizes range from 50 barrels per day to 5000 barrels per day.  Our award-winning system design is a game changer in how the world produces liquid transportation fuels, and our talented engineers are available to advise on platform construction, operation and optimization.

Our M-Class Flare-to-Fuels™ systems are skid mounted, movable systems ideal for a natural gas or flare gas conversion at the well pad, flare gas site or waste gas applications. Our fixed plants or P-Class designs come in standardized sizes, and we provide custom sizes and designs to fit specific applications.

  • Use Varied Feedstocks

    Use Varied Feedstocks

Greyrock systems can accept a variety of input feedstocks.  Abundant natural gas and natural gas liquids (ethane, propane, etc.) are ideal feedstocks in oversupplied markets.  In addition, flare gas, CO2 and waste gases from industrial processes can be used as feedstocks into Greyrock plants to produce fuels.  We show our partners how to construct and leverage systems Fueled by Greyrock™ to produce fuels from the low value feedstocks.

  • Produce Premium Fuel Products

    Produce Premium Fuel Products

Greyrock is Advancing Fuels™ by constructing and deploying systems that produce diesel fuel with premium properties such as no sulfur, high cetane, and good lubricity, and a gasoline blendstock which is a premium blending stock for the highest tiers of gasoline. Our engineers can also advise partners on the production and economics of other products, such as kerosene, hydrogen and steam.
